- Click [Book Now] after filling up all the necessary information on the Booking page. If you are booking for more than one (1) patient, continue adding details on the booking page.
- Once done, click on the [View Cart] and review the booking information. You will see the total amount to be paid for the tests.
- Click [Proceed to checkout] to go to the payment page.
- Input the payment details and click [Place order].
- You will receive an email stating that your order is complete, kindly save a copy of this email and present on your appointment date.

REMINDERS:
- Fill up the e-CIF Form sent via email along with the order confirmation. Save the retrieval code. You will need this during your appointment.
- Be sure to bring a copy of the confirmation email containing the order details sent to your email (see step 5 above)
- Please arrive 15 MINUTES EARLIER than your scheduled time to allow for queuing and registration
- Wear a mask and a face shield
- Bring a valid ID and a pen
- Given the recent surge, turnaround time for the Saliva RT-PCR test may vary from 24-48 hours upon receipt of the sample in the laboratory.
- For passengers, please be sure that you schedule your appointment at least 48 hours before your flight.
